CORONAVIRUS QUARANTINE | DAY TEN: TRAINING AT HOME
Ya son 10 días encerrados en casa y tengo que decir que yo me siento
POSITIVA, ACTIVA Y FELIZ.
¿Cómo me he organizado?
Por otro lado este plan incluye dos semanas de ejercicio que se repite una vez finalizado llegando a ser el entrenamiento de 4 semanas. Como yo estoy haciendo 2 semanas en una, este sería mi entrenamiento completo para 2 semanas antes de subir al "siguiente nivel". Ya llevo una semana por lo que mañana empiezo la segunda ronda con LEGS&CARDIO. Empiezo mañana porque hoy ha sido mi día de descanso.
Espero haberme explicado bien y que hayas entendido el procedimiento. De todas formas subo cada día a mi Instagram: @alejandraverdu el entrenamiento del día.
Esto es simplemente un ejemplo de lo que yo hago para daros ideas de lo que podéis hacer. Cada uno puede adaptarlo a sus circunstancias y necesidades. He decidido compartirlo por si a alguien le sirve de ayuda.

It's been 10 days locked up at home and I have to say that I feel
POSITIVE, ACTIVE AND HAPPY.
I talk a little more about this in the post that I have uploaded to Instagram today, but I have to tell you that the main reason I am like this is exercise. Initially I planned to train 3 times a week following Kayla Itsines' plan, but seeing that exercise was the best thing I did on the day I doubled the workouts to 6 per week.
How have I organized myself?
Since Kayla's 1 week plan includes 3 workouts, I do 2 weeks in one, making a total of 6 workouts. So these images that I leave below, although they are 2 weeks of his plan, I will do it in a week, resting one day.
On the other hand, this plan includes two weeks of exercise that is repeated once completed, becoming the 4-week workout. As I am doing 2 weeks in one, this would be my complete training for 2 weeks before going to the "next level". I have already been a week so tomorrow I start the second round with LEGS & CARDIO. I start tomorrow because today has been my day off.
I hope I have explained myself well and that you have understood the procedure. Anyway, I upload my Instagram every day: @alejandraverdu the workout of the day.
This is simply an example of what I do to give you ideas of what you can do. Each one can adapt it to their circumstances and needs. I have decided to share it in case it helps someone.
