CORONAVIRUS QUARANTINE | DAY ELEVEN: 75 MONTHS TOGETHER

Hoy es día 24. Y hace 6 años y 3 meses que mi novio y yo empezamos a salir.

Todavía no vivimos juntos, por lo que estamos pasando la cuarentena separados. Y no he podido evitar pensar que seguramente el 24 del mes que viene, todavía estemos en esta situación. Pero rápidamente he quitado ese pensamiento de mi cabeza y he decidido centrarme en que cada día cuente y que cada día sea productivo y me sienta orgullosa de haber aprovechado el tiempo. Un tiempo que no vamos a recuperar por lo que lo tememos que invertirlo en cosas que nos aporten o en formación. Y por supuesto que es importante también tener días de descanso. Pero tenemos que intentar que este tiempo no pase sin más.

Today is the 24th. And it's been 6 years and 3 months since my boyfriend and I started dating.

We don't live together yet, so we're quarantining separately. And I could not help thinking that surely on the 24th of next month, we will still be in this situation. But I quickly got that thought out of my head and decided to focus on making every day count and making every day productive and proud of taking advantage of the time. A time that we are not going to recover so we fear that we invest it in things that contribute to us or in training. And of course it is important to also have days off. But we have to try that this time does not just pass.
