Lunch at TGB
Ayer fui con mi novio a comer a The Good Burger, no sé si lo conocéis, a mi me encanta este sitio. La decoración es genial, y la comida está muy rica, aunque no sea la ideal en una dieta sana.Yo soy de la opinión de que si te cuidas, comes bien y haces ejercicio, no pasa nada por salir a comer o a cenar a un burger o te des un capricho de algo dulce de vez en cuando. Para mi lo primordial ahora es salir mucho, disfrutar de las vacaciones y aprender a llevar una vida saludable a excepción de estos dias que son inevitables. Cuando vuelva a la rutina saldré mucho menos, así que ahora toca disfrutar (:

Yesterday I went with my boyfriend to eat at The Good Burger, I don't know if you know this place, I love it. The decor is great, and the food is so yummy, although not ideal in a healthy diet. I am of the opinion that if you take care, eating well and exercising, it's okay to go out to lunch or dinner at a burger or-give yourself something sweet occasionally. For me first now is go out a lot, enjoy the holidays and learn to lead a healthy life except for these days that are inevitable. When I return to the routine I will go out much less so now I want enjoy (:

I totally agree!!! By the way Here in Portugal the mindsets are very closed and associate this object to women. So if you see a Man with a clutch point the finger and say they have a different sexual orientation. Anyway. I've stopped caring about this :D
