Hoy me he levantado con muchas ganas de cocinar y también con mucha hambre, así que me he acordado que una amiga me había pasado una receta de tortitas y me he puesto a cocinar. Creo que será la segunda o tercera vez en mi vida que como tortitas, pero tengo que decir que estaban deliciosas.

Today I woke up with a lot of desire to cook and also very hungry, so I remembered that a friend had given me a recipe for pancakes and I started cooking. I think it will be the second or third time in my life that I eat pancakes, but I have to say they were delicious.

INGREDIENTES:
1 vaso de harina
1 cucharadita de levadura
1 pizca de sal
1 vaso de leche
2 cucharadas soperas de azúcar
1 huevo
1 cucharada sopera de aceite
2 fresas
40 gr chocolate


INGREDIENTS:
1 glass of flour
1 teaspoon of yeast
1 pinch of salt
1 glass of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon of oil
2 strawberries
40 gr chocolate

1. Añadir todos los ingredientes menos el chocolate y las fresas hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea.


1. Add all the ingredients except the chocolate and the strawberries until you get a homogeneous mixture.

2. Calentar la sartén y añadir una porción de la mezcla. Cuando la masa empiece a burbujear, darle la vuelta a la tortita.

3. Haz todas las que te apetezca y añade los ingredientes con los que te apetezca comértelas. Yo he añadido fresas y chocolate, pero también puedes hacerlas saladas si  lo prefieres.
