workout for beginners
Hoy os traigo entrenamiento para las que como yo, estáis empezando. Se trata de los famosos 30 days challenge, tablas de entrenamiento para principientes que van incrementanto las repeticiones a medida pasan los días. Quería compartirlas hoy para las que queráis empezar el día 1 del mes. Me parecen perfectas para empezar porque en un mes te ponen a punto si nunca has hecho ejercicio o hace mucho que no haces nada. Os traigo esta recopilación de tablas del blog blogilates donde podéis encontrar muchisimos ejercicios, a mi me encanta:) Estos son los 4 que voy a empezar yo, los voy a hacer todos a la vez porque si os fijáis empieza muy suave.
En estos diez días que llevo de vida sana he adelgazado 1 kilo y medio, la verdad es que no me lo esperaba, pero estoy muy contenta porque me encuentro mucho mejor que era mi objetivo. Ahora a empezar con el ejercicio!
Today I bring training for those who like me, are beginning. This is the famous 30 days challenge, training tables for beginners that increase their repetitions as the days pass. I wanted to share it today for everyone that want start on 1st day of month. I seem it's perfect to start because in a month you get about if you have never exercised or do nothing much lately. I bring this collection of tables from blogilates blog where you can find lots of exercises, I love it :) These are the 4 that I'm going to start, I'm going to do all at once because if you look, they have a light starts. In these ten days of healthy lifestyle I've lost weight, 1.5 kg exactly. The truth is that I did not expect, but I'm very happy because I feel much better and that was my goal. Now I start with the exercise!

Yo también me he apuntado desde hace unos dias a la vida sana y creo que sienta genial. Yo utilizo las rutinas de gymvirtual.com hay videos donde te enseñan a hacer los ejercicios y recetas sanas, está super bien, te recomiendo que te pases!
